Compound Scale LLC ("we", "us", "Company") operates Compound Scale (compoundscale.io), a B2B marketing system for financial advisors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Contact information: name, email, phone.
• Qualification data: firm name, AUM, marketing budget, current advisor status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system.
• Tracking data: cookies, Meta pixel identifiers (fbc, fbp, fbclid), page URLs, referring sources.
• Calendar data: Google Calendar appointment details when you schedule with us.

How We Use It

• Matching you with the right Compound Scale program.
• Scheduling and confirming strategy calls.
• Sending service and marketing email communications.
• Measuring and optimizing advertising performance.
• Preventing fraud and abuse.

How We Share It

We share information with the Compound Scale team and with service providers who help us run the business: Airtable, Resend, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel, and Meta. We do not sell personal information.

SMS Consent and Text Messaging Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We obtain your consent to receive text messages through the web form opt in you complete on our site at the point of collection. When you agree to receive texts, we collect your phone number, a record of your consent (what you agreed to, plus when and where you agreed), and the history of text messages exchanged with you.

We use this information only to help with your request: scheduling your discovery call, sending booking links, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders, and following up on your request, including messages from our assistant Morgan.

Message frequency varies based on where you are in the scheduling process. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt out, and we stop texting that number. Opting out of texts does not affect email or phone follow up, and you can ask us to stop all contact by emailing info@compoundscale.io.

We keep your phone number, consent record, and message history in our customer relationship management system so we can honor your opt out and answer questions about your request. You may request deletion of this information at any time by emailing info@compoundscale.io.

Advertising

We use Meta custom audiences and conversion measurement to target and measure our ads. You can opt out of interest-based ads through your Facebook Ad Preferences.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@compoundscale.io.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email info@compoundscale.io or visit /api/data-deletion. We will process requests within 30 days.
