SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Compound Scale sends text messages to financial advisors and professionals who request information through our website, submit a form on our site, or book a discovery call with us. These messages include appointment scheduling texts, booking links, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow ups, and may come from our assistant Morgan.
You opt in to this program by submitting a web form on our site and agreeing to receive text messages at the point of collection. Consent is collected through that web form opt in, and we do not text numbers that have not opted in.
Message frequency varies based on where you are in the scheduling process. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we send one final message confirming your opt out and then stop texting that number. You can also email our team at info@compoundscale.io for help at any time.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can request information or book a discovery call without agreeing to texts, and opting out of texts does not affect your request.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are supported on major United States carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Availability and delivery can vary by carrier.
